Three days of an abundance of vibrant, plant based food. Our chosen, conscious catering company commits to zero waste and will be creating incredibly bountiful meals and gorgeous, highly nutritious snacks for us all in between.
Three days of flowing herbal teas, ethically sourced fair-trade plunger coffee and fresh, warm
lemon and ginger elixirs.Gentle, restorative yoga.

Please know that all bodies are welcome. You do not need to be an experienced yoga student to attend – at all! Kristin will work with you and (with consent) offer adjustments when needed to make sure you are safe and comfortable in the practice. Modifications and listening into our bodies will be a high priority.
Each day is intentionally curated to provide you with ultimate nourishment on all levels – physically, emotionally, mentally, energetically and spiritually. The entire experience is high-touch, luxe and created with deep care. While each day is beautifully full, we are never hurried and there will be so much time and space for you to rest, integrate, journal, walk and chat.
